The BFX organisers are in discussion with the Editor of animation: an interdisciplinary journal about the possibility of a Special Issue of the journal. All colleagues whose abstracts are accepted at BFX Conference 2014 will be invited to submit an extended version of their paper with a word count of between 7,000 - 10,000 words for consideration. Articles will undergo further peer review  independent of the BFX conference Peer Review of the abstracts submitted to the conference.
